Simona Schneider
The founder of Cielo looks back on more than 18 years of professional experience in commercial real estate transactions on the principal’s side, most recently as an authorised signatory at a German stock-listed real estate company. She gained her in-depth real estate expertise at well-known national and international companies (public limited companies, asset managers, private equity boutiques and investment banking) in Germany and abroad.
Since the beginning of her career, Simona Schneider has been responsible for and accompanied real estate transactions with a total value of approximately EUR 2.0 bn. Her proven expertise lies in transaction management. During her career, she has complemented her skills in asset and portfolio management and can thus contribute her knowledge and experience throughout the entire real estate life cycle.

Creating and maintaining value together by unlocking potential
Cielo Real Estate focuses on real estate transactions of commercial real estate. We take over the strategic liquidation of individual properties and sub- or entire portfolios for you as the owner’s representative.
Furthermore, we help you build up your portfolio and, in addition to the sourcing process for suitable properties, we also take over the complete transaction process from signing the LoI to closing. Cielo’s management has ever since worked exclusively on the investor side. Hence, we understand your needs and internal processes. This enables us to provide you with targeted advice and actively take over areas of responsibility; thus you can relax and focus on other tasks.
Especially for companies which do not have a German presence, we see ourselves as independent managers and act as an extended workbench and interim managers.
Consulting is multifaceted, and so are we. Cielo takes on mandates as a senior advisor and thus offers its clients holistic consulting services as well as on specific topics. In doing so, we draw on our many years of experience in the real estate industry; underpinned by a deep and sustainable industry network to decision-makers at the senior management level, investors and service providers.
We help you optimise your real estate portfolio. This is backed by an intensive analysis of the current portfolio situation, combined with recommendations for action that enable prioritisation and budgeting of the most value-creating initiatives (“doing the right things”). In this way, we support you in increasing your real estate portfolio value, while making it fit for future challenges in a constantly changing investment environment subsequently.
